Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. HOW WE SHIP
All shipments include insurance and are shipped via Signature Confirmation™ Restricted Delivery ONLY. Recipient must positively ID him/herself before the USPS carrier will relinquish possession of the mailpiece.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
Order processing time varies depending on the the item, please read each items shipping. It may take anywhere from:

Pre-Made In-Stock - 1-3 business days before shipment
Semi Custom - 8-15 business days before shipment
Full Custom - 6 to 12 weeks before shipment
Deliveries take usually 1 week to 3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 2 months. It depends on what you purchased and where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' for specific shipping times.

3. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may  get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens). 

4. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you need your item for a special event or strict deadline, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates. Please Contact Us to confirm a shipment date.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE STOLE MY PACKAGE, MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR MISSING ITEMS?
All packages are insured for the total package value. Each claim must be filed within a certain time period. The filing period is based on the mailing date. You MUST do the following if your package is lost or is missing items:
  • Contact us; and
  • We will file a claim with the postal carrier. If the postal carrier approves the claim you will be reimbursed. If the postal carrier denies the claim you will not be reimbursed.
We do not reimburse orders if your package has proof of delivery, is stolen or someone else signed for it. All theft claims need to go through the postal carrier claim process.
