When an order needs to be shipped to an address different from the billing address or when an international credit card is used, we need to obtain your authorization. At Model Lace Wigs and Hair we take your security and privacy very seriously. We hope you understand that when we have to take extra security measures such as this, we do it to protect you as well as Model Lace Wigs and Hair.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $100.00. If you choose an item that states must be shipped ground. Your order will be shipped via free UPS ground only.

Custom Lace Wigs: - are custom made with your specifications take approximately 7-8 weeks to be made including weekends and holidays not including delivery time. We offer rush service 3 to 5 weeks for completion of your lace wig not including delivery time for $39.95, however, this is not a guarantee your order will be complete by 5 weeks. There is no refund of this fee. The rush order will place your order in line before other orders. Your order may still take 8 weeks depending on how busy our wig makers are.

IN-STOCK Lace Wigs: These are lace wigs we have available to ship the same day (if order is placed before 1:30 PM, Pacific Time)

STOCK: These are lace wigs we have available to ship within 5 to 8 business days (not including Sunday, Tuesday and Saturday).

GLUES/SOLVENTS & TAPES: Ship out within 24 hours. If back-ordered item will ship within 7 days.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "check out." Enter your city, state and zip code, then click on "continue." This will display all available shipping costs.

ModelLaceWigs.com offers UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by your choice of US Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping. If you choose Priority Mail, unfortunately, there is no way to track the order in transit. We also ship to A.P.O. addresses via US Priority Mail only.

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:

Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our store on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

Ground shipping: Orders for items that are IN-STOCK are usually shipped the same day, excluding Sundays, Tuesdays and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday and Sat. (excluding Tuesdays) at around 3:00 pm PST.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ModelLaceWigs.com does not offer products for sale to children under 18. We sell products for purchase by adults only. By using this site, you are representing to us that you are 18 years old or older. ModelLaceWigs.com will not be liable for any damages that may result from misrepresentation of age by a user of our site. Model Lace Wigs and Hair reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Privacy Policy Statement

We respect the privacy of our customers and encourage you to read our Privacy Policy Statement so that you may make an informed decision about using our site.

Exchanges and Refunds

We do not offer exchanges if you do not like the the color, style, cap design and length you requested. Please notify us immediately if there is a problem (within 72 hours) upon receiving your unit by emailing us at: Contact Us. This is required in order to properly process your request. No Exceptions. All approved exchanges must have an approval number issued before returning a stock unit for exchange, please note the re-stocking fee will be charged at 20% (This does not include in-store purchases).

All in-store purchases made in the Las Vegas store are final and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.

Gold Club Membership Payments are non-refundable, however, you may transfer ownership as long as you notify Model Lace Wigs and Hair.

We do not accept returns on custom wigs. We do not accept returns on stock wigs that have been altered in anyway. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes but is not limited to the following:

PLEASE DO NOT Cut, Tear, Dye or Alter the Lace on the Wig
PLEASE DO NOT Put any Tape or Glue on the Wig
PLEASE DO NOT Put any hair products or chemicals, dye, etc. on the Wig PLEASE DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit
PLEASE DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Wig
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR the Wig
PLEASE DO NOT destroy the original packaging.
If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. All lace wig returns that are accepted will be charged a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We DO NOT issue refunds; Model Lace Wigs and Hair may offer a in-store credit only. If you meet the terms and conditions, you will receive an exchange or store credit. We do not issue multiple exchanges.

Cancellation Policy:

Custom Lace Wigs: It takes 24 hours to begin processing your lace wig order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours, otherwise, you will only be refunded 50% of your total purchase.

Stock Unit Purchases: If you place an order for a stock unit and change your mind after your payment has been processed you will be charged a processing fee of $13.71 as long as the order has not shipped. If your order has shipped and you refuse the package you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee plus any shipping charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment.

Deposits: All deposits made are non-refundable. If you place a deposit on a unit and change your mind about that unit you will be charged a 10% fee based on your initial deposit amount to change units.

All sales are final on wig adhesives, tapes, glues, solvents and accessories.

Important: Always be careful when applying and removing your lace wig and follow the instructions included with your lace wig order.

Chargebacks Fraudulent Chargebacks Terms and Conditions: You understand that ModelLaceWigsandHair.com does not tolerate fraudulent "chargebacks" and will proceed to collect by any means necessary.

You are responsible for attorney's fees, fees for collection agencies or third party intervention if you fraudulently charge back or do not pay monies owed to ModelLaceWigs.com.

Customers who claim chargebacks *will* be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.

Refusals

Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping charges accrued as a result of the refused shipment. Orders refused as a result of an error on the part of Model Lace Wigs and Hair will not incur the above mentioned fees.

Lost Merchandise

Should merchandise be confirmed as lost in transit, we will replace the goods after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification of the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, and the merchandise will be replaced.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and ModelLaceWigsandHair.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ModelLaceWigsandHair.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Product Display/Description/Colors

The ModelLaceWigsandHair.com Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. Lengths may be measured from crown to tip or crown to end depending on the manufacturer. Please read the units description to identify this.

Custom Products/Description/Colors

The ModelLaceWigsandHair.com Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color or curl you request will be a perfect exact match to any photo you may submit. For example: The curl of a 12" afro curl will not look the same as a 18" afro curl because the hair is longer, thus it will elongate the curl pattern. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements, please measure carefully. Please note that the hair color on processed curls may appear lighter. Custom units may be measured from crown to end or crown to tip depending on the manufacturer.
