IMPORTANT -- PLEASE READ: The following agreement (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions" or "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase, use and redemption of Model Lace Wigs and Hair gift certificates by purchasing or using any Model Lace Wigs and Hair gift certificate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please note the following:
- Redeemable in the Las Vegas retail store or online at ModelLaceWigsandHair.com, for merchandise or services
- Not redeemable for cash
- Non refundable
- Receipt will show remaining balance
- No expiration date, no fees
- All terms enforced except where prohibited by law
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates can be applied only to purchases for merchandise and associated shipping charges on the Model Lace Wigs and Hair Website (http://modellacewigsandhair.com). Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase additional Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates.
Not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The unused balance of each of your Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates will be maintained in your Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate account and can be applied to future purchases of products. You may check the outstanding balance by logging into Model Lace Wigs and Hair (http://modellacewigsandhair.com).
If any purchase exceeds the value of your gift certificate, the purchaser is responsible for paying the difference at time of such purchase.
Items purchased by gift certificates, if defective or otherwise not satisfactory, can be exchanged for comparable merchandise only. All other standard exchange policies apply.
For security purposes, any person tendering a Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate may be required to show valid ID and the receipt of the Gift Certificate before it will be honored.
Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates
- Model Lace Wigs and Hair reserves the right to immediately invalidate any Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback or other form of repudiated payment made towards a Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate.
- Model Lace Wigs and Hair reserves the right to dishonor any Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate, it reasonably believes was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or if the person attempting to redeem such Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate stole or is otherwise not the beneficiary of the Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate intended by the purchaser.
- Model Lace Wigs and Hair makes no representation that it will maintain any personally identifiable data regarding purchasers or recipients of Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates and is not responsible for lost or stolen Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates. Model Lace Wigs and Hair will take reasonable steps to verify the legitimacy of a party presenting a Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate, cancel fully redeemed Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates, and identify such canceled Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate as not valid for further payment of any kind.
- Model Lace Wigs and Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates. Model Lace Wigs and Hair may, at its sole discretion, replace a valid, lost Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates, provided it has not been redeemed and the replacement can be issued to either the original purchaser or a verifiable recipient. Any such replacement will be the sole and remedy provided to such purchasers or recipients.
- In the event a Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate redemption code is not functional, your sole remedy, and Model Lace Wigs and Hair's sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificate redemption code.
Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions
Model Lace Wigs and Hair reserve's the right to change the gift certificate terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion.
The purchase and use of Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates are subject to the ModelLaceWigsandHair.com User Agreement and Privacy Policy and are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. All Model Lace Wigs and Hair Gift Certificates are deemed purchased in, and issued from, the State of Nevada.
