What is the return insurance program?:
If you pay $39.50 extra for this item, you may return/exchange it without paying the restocking fee of 20%. We do not issue refunds only an exchange or store credit will be granted. If you don't like your wig for any reason, we will exchange your wig free of charge if the item has insurance on it. Does not include shipping. IN-STOCK LACE WIG LAYAWAY PLAN You may place a 49% non-refundable deposit on an IN-STOCK unit to hold it (based on the Gold Club Member Price). You will have 30 days to pay the remaining balance (extensions may be made if needed upon approval by Model Lace Wigs and Hair). Your order will ship once your balance is Paid in Full. If you do not pay your remaining balance by the 30 day deadline, your deposit will be considered forfeited and the hold on the lace wig will be released and re-posted. If you decide to change your mind about the unit you've placed a deposit on you will be charged a 10% fee to change the unit you have on hold.

Term and Conditions: By submitting this custom lace wig order you agree you have read the Model Lace Wigs and Hair policy. Model Lace Wigs and Hair does not accept returns on custom units if you do not like the color, style, length, size, cap style or any other detail you requested. If for any unforseen reason there is a mistake in the details of your lace wig by Model Lace Wigs and Hair we will issue an in-store credit and re-make your lace wig in accordance to your original order details.

EFFECTIVE 05/09/2011: *We offer rush service 3 to 5 weeks for completion of your lace wig not including delivery time, however, this is not a guarantee your order will be complete by 5 weeks. There is no refund of this fee. The rush fee will place your order in line before other orders. Your order may still take 8 weeks depending on how busy our wig makers are.
