Online Order

Purchases must be made with valid credit card. Your registered information & your billing address must match the credit card statement address. Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. (This applies to gift cards and prepaid cards also.)

1. You can choose your order items and put in the shopping cart and check out.
2. For first time customers, please create a new account and fill out the information requested. Your billing and shipping address must be the same.
3. Choose a shipping method and click continue.
4. You will be taken to a secure page where you can enter your Discount code or Gold Club Member code and Credit Card information click continue.
5. Review your order details. If everything is okay click confirm order.
6. Wait for the "order confirmation #" and print the page to keep record.
7. Model Lace Wigs and Hair will send you a final e-mail confirmation for exact amount charged on your card with any adjustments on shipping charges on your order. You will also be given a tracking# link for your order delivery status.

For Credit Card Orders orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card, unless a Credit Card Authorization for is requested and faxed back to us. NO will call. (NO pick-up at U.P.S.). Orders cannot be made over the phone and have someone else (other than the card holder) pick up in store.

International Orders

International Orders Must be prepaid in U.S. funds. The merchandise needs to be paid in full before we can send it out. When International credit cards are used, we need to obtain your authorization. After you place your order we will send you a Credit Card Charge Authorization and Shipping Form to complete and fax back to us. All International orders must be sent to billing addresses only. Please allow 48 for the review of your Authorization Form. You may also pay via Western Union or Bank Wire. Please contact us if you need additional info. We can ship U.P.S. or U. S. Post Office Express. Please call us for more information. We are NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Western Union Money Transfer

Money transfer through Western Union. To pay using Western Union please e-mail sales@modellacewigsandhair.com your list of items, billing name, billing address, and phone number and we will send our Western Union information. You can either take cash to the nearest Western Union or charge it on your credit card from convenience of your home. Once the money is transferred, please call us with the control number. You can now send the money by phone and charge it to your credit card with an extra fee. Fees are subject to change. For U.S.A. customers, call 1-800-325-6000 or log in www.westernunion.com.

Bank Wire

Wire transfers are not directly handled on our web site. To pay using wire transfer, please e-mail sales@modellacewigsandhair.com your list of items, billing name, billing address, and phone number. Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Model Lace Wigs and Hair order number must be noted on the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of the funds to your transaction.

Model Lace Wigs and Hair only sends orders to Paypal confirmed shipping addresses.
