General International Shipping Policies

• A signature is required for all UPS & USPS shipments upon receipt.
• UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. US Postal Service (USPS) shipments cannot be reliably tracked online and may take longer to reach their destination. The process to file a claim for a mislaid parcel is also slower and more cumbersome with USPS than with UPS.
• For shipments to Russia, the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 5000 Rubles per shipment. For Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod, Krasnodar, Stavropol, St. Petersburg, and Vladivostok the maximum order value (including shipping charges) is 50,000 Rubles per shipment.
• Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. Items that cannot be shipped outside the US will note a shipping restriction.
• We do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria or North Korea.
• Orders shipping to Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda and Georgia may be subject to additional verification. We will email you if your order will be delayed.
• If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Model Lace Wigs and Hair reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

How to Order with Your International Credit Card

1. Simply add items to your shopping cart and click the "International Checkout" button when you check-out.

Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. It is the customer's responsibility to provide customs officials with tax identification information when requested and to pay all applicable taxes and fees. Packages which cannot be delivered due to customs or address problems may or may not be returned to us. We will issue a credit for undamaged merchandise returned to us. No credit will be issued for the shipping cost.

Some governments require the payment of additional taxes or duties for customs clearance. Customs taxes and other government fees are not included in your shipping cost (unless you check-out using the International Checkout button). It is the customer's responsibility to check with local customs officials for information on specific duties or other customs charges that may apply.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We strive to exceed your expectations for privacy. Cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. Fraud Protection Policy

For your protection orders are subject to Model Lace Wigs and Hair's verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with an accurate e-mail address.

Model Lace Wigs and Hair reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.
